The mechanism of examining the work of the trainees

A mechanism for examining trainees’ work and preventing fraud and identity theft

A mechanism for examining student work and preventing fraud and identity impersonation The Institute has many electronic systems that have been developed specifically for this purpose and work in an integrated manner to provide smart reports on student follow-up through several electronic procedures and by counting aspects including duties, discussion room participation, attendance at the time of duty or exams, which is explained In the trainees' rooms, the number of daily entry times through the system...... and many other aspects, including:

1- Activating the weekly discussions in assignments and activities with the course teacher to ensure that the student is understanding and conversant, and he is the one who has effectively delivered the assignment or not. Within the weekly tasks, we mainly find oral discussions and discussion rooms that have a relative weight within the course grades. In addition, each week closes its discussion, tasks and rooms The discussion may not be made available to the student again after the time allotted for it expires.

2- Examining the recurring semester work that is not based on personal efforts from the student and taking the necessary measures regarding it.

3- The student's access to the center's e-learning system is followed up and monitored, and the time for attending lectures is recorded in full.

4- The electronic tests are opened and the student is received in the presence of a session in the presence of the course instructor or observer so that when the test period begins, the trainee is not allowed to enter the test after 15 minutes have passed from its beginning, and the trainee is also not allowed to leave the test before the test time ends

5- Activating the question bank in all subjects of the course so that the tests are created independently from the computer based on several criteria, including the learning outcomes that the test items must cover, the level of ease or difficulty, so that the resulting tests are at the same level for all trainees.

6- Preventing the copy and pasting feature on the quarterly business portals based on the Lockdown browser associated with the system at the center, which prevents the copying and pasting process and opening any other programs such as the browser of office programs and pdf files, while preventing the methods of copying the exam for not sharing them.

7- Duties are discussed by the course instructor or a committee held so that the trainee is discussed in all aspects, sources and content to ensure that the student’s work is completely free of any fraud or fraud.

8- It can be used to track the movements and signs of the face after the person is photographed several times to control the students’ movements. This technique exposes the trainee to the accusation of cheating as he moves his pupils upwards to think. It is also possible to record all the devices that the trainee enters and all the available internet data that the trainee uses to access the Electronic systems to verify if the trainee enters from a place other than the user from him, and thus reveals the student who resorts to different parties to perform activities and duties instead of them.
