The trainee is committed to attending all training days and hours. He will be excluded from the program if his absence rate exceeds 25% of the training hours, and he is not entitled to claim a certificate of attendance for the training course.
After the payment and reservation process, the trainee is not entitled to a refund of the participation costs except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the training program by the training institute or convincing justifications in accordance with the regulations and rules in force at the institute.

Maintain cleanliness and tranquility within the institute's facilities.
The trainee must wear the official uniform inside the institute and training facilities.
It is prohibited to eat, drink or smoke in places other than those designated for that purpose.
The trainee shall preserve the Institute’s property, not use it for purposes other than those for which it was intended, and not expose it to damage or loss.
Commitment to security and safety requirements and the use of protective measures in places and works specified by the competent authorities
The trainee shall not remain inside the institute after the end of working hours except with prior permission from the institute’s management.
Commitment to the Institute’s regulations in all facilities and training locations
Commitment to the start and end dates of training courses
Commitment to parking the car in the designated places
The certificate will be uploaded electronically to the trainee’s file on the (Manar) website after the end of the course within a period not exceeding 3 to 7 working days after ensuring that all requirements for obtaining the certificate have been met.
Preserving the intellectual property rights of scientific materials and training packages and not publishing these materials without obtaining written approval from the Institute.
